A very merry Christmas and happiest new year!
This time of the year is always full of loss and hurt for those behind bars. The Lord uses it as an opening to their hearts as we share the Gospel of Jesus Christ openly and powerfully with men and women.
Through our Socks project and evangelistic outreach studies in the Prisons and Jails, many men and women come to Christ at this important time of the year.
Yes, many are hurting and open to the Lord's greatest gift of all through Christ.
His coming and giving His life for us is the greatest gift of all here at Christmas!
This opens the door to Eternal life for each of them with Him in Heaven.
God is using you through your very important prayers and blessed gifts to change the lives of the prisoners giving them new lives for Eternity. Pray for the Lord's strength, guidance and loving Spirit as we give them Christ's gift!
Pray for the Lord's reproduction through these men and women as we challenge them to live the Christ Life by reaching out to others with His Life changing Good News. Just resently a faithful prisoner named Jose told me, "Chaplain Bradshaw, I've started a study in our POD with several men attending and a couple of them have given their lives to Christ. I never dreamed the Lord could use me to lead others to Him, but that is exactly what He is doing!" It truly is a God thing! All praise goes to Him!" Amen, God is working and honoring this ministry we have, together!
Lastly, Pray for this year's support. The Lord moves several to share in the work in special gifts at the end of the year. Pray He supplies some special gifts to allow us to print more of our materials and cover the expences of the growing work. Doors stand open, pray for the funds and workers to walk through them.
You are a great and wonderful gift at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Lord bless you in a very special way, always!
